
Creating a Contact Lens hub for in-store buying experience
Boots is the UK’s largest pharmacy-led health and beauty chain. The brief was to create a Hub for Desktop that could help Boots staff to make customers feel good about their purchase decisions. We needed an interactive site that could help the staff but also educate the customer about their lens journey. To achieve this we mapped out the different types of wearers (holistic achievers, beauty believers and health reluctants) and created an experience that could help all of them to feel confident about their purchase.

Payment Calendar

We created a Hub that allowed customers not only to learn more about contact lenses but also about their journey, including an interactive calendar that help users to understand how payments and delivery work based on their start date. In order to convince them through the process, firstly, we included tools that allow seeing the wearing experience based on the type of contact lenses they would like to wear, and secondly, we created a comparative tool to provide a bigger insight on what´s the best choice for the customer.
