Clickable, testable versions of the site early — so we're making decisions on real interfaces, not static Figma frames. We put prototypes in front of real users, watch what works and what doesn't, and use what we learn to sharpen the design before a single line of build code gets written. Faster, sharper, and a lot less precious. Useful on its own when you need to pressure-test an idea, pitch internally, or de-risk a build before committing to it.
Build
I work in Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify — picked to match the project, not impose a process. That means you get more than a website: a proper CMS your team can update without a developer, built-in email marketing and automations, analytics, SEO tools, bookings, payments, and a full e-commerce engine when you need one. Clean, fast, accessible — and set up so the site grows with the business instead of holding it back.
Ongoing Support
Once the site's live, I stay close — fixing what real-world traffic finds, making the small updates that pile up, and keeping the site sharp as the business moves. Monthly retainer or as-needed, whichever fits. Either way, you're not starting from scratch every time something needs doing.
